"The Temple Of Zeus" by Terrell

It's the return of Massive Architecture Friday! Apparently not content with the humongous "Chichen Itza 2," Terrell created this 1400 tile behemoth. 1400 is almost 10 times the number of tiles in a standard layout (144). Version 1.3 can just about handle it, but if you actually try this one, you'll note that it's slow. There's only so much you can expect from an iPod, and rendering the "King of the Gods" in tiles is a challenge.

Requires Moonlight Mahjong 1.3 or later.

"Chichen Itza 2" by Tergo

This new take on the Chichen Itza layout features over twice the number of tiles, a cool stairway inside, and a sub-basement. At 864 tiles, this is the largest layout yet, at least as far as I remember...  it probably requires version 1.3 for its performance enhancements, to be playable.

Load this layout in Moonlight Mahjong on your iPhone or iPod Touch.

Background image from here (yes, it's another nerd joke).

Requires Moonlight Mahjong 1.3 or later.

"Lithium" by Midnight Martian

It's an element used in certain advanced batteries. I don't know; the layout just came out looking like "Li".

I actually took time to win this one last night, and have the following screenshot to prove it:
