This is a smaller version of the massive "Cathedral" layout which might actually be playable (maybe), with a lot of work. Load this layout in Moonlight Mahjong. (This link works from Safari on your iPhone or iPod Touch. You must have the full version of Moonlight Mahjong installed.)

I'm sorry but this is a ridiculous layoutSmall cathedral my butt! Challenging yes but too big for the screen.
I gave this one a try but ended up losing with only a handful of tiles left. It was fun though.
